Variation Swatches for WooCommerce offers your shoppers with an out-and-out overview of all options and variations available for products with variable attributes (for eg: color, size, texture, etc.). The plugin comes with options to display swatches of different types, with custom styling, tooltips and tooltip descriptions. It also lets you set swatches to behave according to unavailability and limited stocks.

  1. Go to Products → Attributes
  2. You can view the available attributes already created or can create a new attribute [Refer Section 2(a)]
  3. Select Configure term from the newly created attribute to create variations of the attribute.
  1. For a term, you have following fields to update/edit:
  2. Name
  3. Slug
  4. Description
  5. Term Image
  6. Tooltip Image
  7. Tooltip Description
  8. Tooltip Image and Term Image can be uploaded by Upload/Add Image button. You can then choose the term images from the media library or drag-n-drop the image to media library from your computer.
  9. Click on Update button after adding in the respective data to save the term.

Note:When the attribute type is Color, instead of Term Image it will be Term Color
